Healing Country Official Launch 13/3/20

Halpin Partners hosted a business lunch on Friday 13th of March to officially launch Healing Country.

Special guest speakers included James and Kirsty Greenshields from Resilient Leaders Foundation. James is also a director for Healing Country. James and Kirsty spoke about their personal experiences with PTSD and the effect it had on their family and their relationship.

Cristina Giai-Coletti owns and operates a successful Psychology practice in Cairns called Satori Place of Awakening. Cristina forms part of the Healing Country project development team and spoke about how trauma affects the mind and the body.

My partner Deena Birrell spoke about nutrition and gut health and how diet affects mental health. Last but not least I had the opportunity to give a brief overview of the 7 rivers project.

In summary, our first official event was a great success thanks to Halpin Partners and our amazing guest speakers. I would like to express my gratitude to Darren Halpin, Shaun Donaldson, and Loren Gillison from Halpin Partners for making it all possible.
